MAD is similar to MAF series with one minor difference of its cooling mechanism. The cooling mode of the MAD is with surface ventilation while the MAF employs liquid for the cooling process. The moment of inertia is 0.0284 Kilogram Square Meter. The cooling mechanism is via axial fan. The motor is not equipped with holding brake.
