Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is the leading manufacturer of motors, servo motors, linear motors, spindle motors, synchronous motors, asynchronous motors and a variety of engineering goods. Their MAD100B-0250-SL-M6-FG0-05-A1 is an asynchronous motor that starts without any external excitation. ||| Its size is 130 and the winding is 0250. It has a multiturn absolute encoder, EndDat2.1 and it can detect 2048 different positions for each shaft rotation. This encoder is specially designed and certified for use in areas where there’s a risk of explosions due to flammable gases, dust or hazards. The cooling system of the motor comprises a fan top with a fan cowl for efficient airflow. Due to the direct airflow, the power consumption is low and ranges between 83 VA to 100 VA with a 230 m3/h medium air voltage.
The MAD100B motor consumes 16.2 A of rated current and 6.5 kW of rated power to rotate at 2000 rpm. However, 28.3 is its maximum current consumption at which it rotates at 2500 rpm and gives the maximum output of 13.3 kW. The rated torque is 25 Nm and the maximum torque value is 61 Nm. However, the continuous torque at a standstill is 28 Nm with a standstill current consumption of 16.2 A.
The thermal time constant is 30 minutes the duty cycle time is 10 minutes and the maximum amount of mechanical energy this motor can produce is 6 nF which is technically referred to as discharge capacity. It has a plain shaft as a shaft sealing ring and is connected to the device through flange mounting. The insulation class according to DIN EN 60034-1 is F so it can function at higher temperatures up to 155 ℃ making this motor compatible for industrial use as well.
