Product Description
The Rexroth MAD100B-0250-SA-S2-KG0-05-N1 AC Servo Motor is created specifically for impact cuts in CNC milling machines. The axial line can comfortably sustain up to 25 Nm of rated torque and operates at a maximum 636 rpm producing 6.5kW*output power coaster 2500rpm. Complementing this motor is a derating speed of 2000 revolution per minute and a standstill constant of 28 Nm torque which provides efficiency and consistency of extended operative hours.
Stationary current stays at 16.8A for long hours while torque constant at 20 C is equal 2.11Nm/A, a better handling of a motor is anticipated. For such applications, it has a max torque of 62Nm and rotor moment of inertia of 0.00056 kgm_ for better dynamic response. Accurate and direct Motion control is provided by the three pole pair mounted in the motor. The motor has a protection against electrical hazards and electrical safety, mechanical safety as well as national safety compliance EMC were taken into consideration for making the motor operable and long lasting. It is expected that the MAD100B would be rough and steady enough for industrial machines in proper installation and relevant technical standards.
MAD100B includes the mechanisms of positioning by electrically clamping and electrically releasing the components for improvement from basic braking mechanisms for safety and efficiency. The electronically clamped brake mechanism has the maximum speed currently being at 1000 rpm torque of 30 Nm when the brake is disengaged and the engagement and disengagement times are 50 milliseconds and 42 milliseconds respectively. The electrically released brake has 24 Nm of transmittable torque and supports a maximum speed of 10000 rpm, with a rapid engagement and disengagement time of 30 ms and 90 ms respectively. Both of the brake systems are powered with a 24V DC power supply.
