Product Description
To make industrial automation hassle-free for you, Rexroth Bosch Group has built motors with intricate detailing. The R-grade vibration severity of the motor depicts that there are no vibration issues and the equipment is operating normally. The standard bearings present in the motor reduce friction leading to lower energy consumption and enhancing the overall reliability of machinery. For feasible installation, flanges and feet, both options are present. You can choose any of them depending on the size and installation facility offered by your machinery. The absence of holding brakes is well-compensated by the bearings and the shaft of the motor is also protected with a sealing ring in case of any mishappening. On the left side of the motor's housing, you can easily find a connector through which you can establish an electrical connection to an electrical source. The encoder is of multiturn type with 2048 increments to make the tracking of position and speed easier. Axial fans power the cooling system of MAD100B-0200-SA-M2-FG0-35-N1 as it gets heated up due to continuous operation. As a result, the axial fans produce a medium air volume of 2300 m3/ h while consuming a power of 83 VA. It also requires a connection voltage of 3 x 400V ~15 %, 50/60Hz volts to maintain a fan flow at 0.12 A.
From insulations to motors, everything comes with international standard certifications. The insulations are of the F category according to DIN EN 60034-1 which means that they can bear the internal temperature of up to 155 degrees C. Moreover, the motor protection class is IP 65 which is an Ingress Protection (IP) rating for motor enclosures where a "6" rating means the motor is dust-tight. No dust can enter the enclosure, providing complete protection against contact and the ingress of dust particles. The "5" rating means the motor is protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This does not mean the motor is waterproof, but it can handle exposure to water jets or sprays without being damaged.
