Product Description
MAD100B-0150-SA-S2-KP0-05-A1 is a self-started, asynchronous motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. They are also called induction motors and are widely used in a variety of electrical equipment. The winding of this motor is 0150 and the mass value with fan and without holding break is 43 kg. As the number of pole pairs is 3, MAD100B-0150 spins faster at a given AC frequency and results in lower torque but at higher speed.
The rated torque is 30 Nm but it can reach up to 68 Nm. The rated power is 4.7 kW but it can give a maximum output of about 9 kW. The size of this motor is 100 and the thermal time constant is 30 minutes. MAD100B of 0150 winding uses an axial fan and blowing system to keep the motor cool and flow out the heat generated internally as it operates. However, the motor itself cools by heat transfer through its components but fans play a key supporting role. This overall cooling system requires 3×400V of connection voltage and consumes power ranges between 83 A to 100 A.
This motor is not likely to produce lots of noise as the sound pressure level is 70(+3) dB (A) at a 1m distance, with 4kHz Power Width Modulation (PWM). The moment of inertia is 0.019 kgm2 and the motor’s resistance to change its rotational speed will depend on the type of object and the application. MAD100B’s rated current consumption is 12.9 A but the maximum current consumption can reach up to 23.5 A. The key speed is usually 1000 rpm but it has the potential to rotate at 1500 rpm as well. The motor protection class is IP65 which promises great water resistance and dust infiltration.
