Product Description

The MAD100B-0150-SA-S2-EP0-35-N1 is an asynchronous motor from Bosch Rexroth designed to provide precise control over position and velocity using alternating current (AC). This high-accuracy motor is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications due to its reliable performance and meticulous design. To manage the heat generated during operation, the motor is equipped with a forced cooling system. This system includes a blower (fan) mounted on the rear side of the motor to circulate air and maintain optimal temperature, thereby preventing overheating and protecting internal components. The blower is a 3-phase type, requiring three separate power supplies to function. It is compatible with input voltages of 3 x 400V (with a 15% voltage deviation) and 3 x 440V (with a 10% voltage deviation), and operates at a recommended frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. This flexibility in voltage and frequency makes the motor adaptable to various applications and environments. 

The power consumption of the motor varies based on input voltage and operating conditions, ranging from 139W to 208W, with a corresponding current draw of 0.2-0.25A. Monitoring the blower's power and current consumption is essential to prevent overheating and potential damage. The allowable current deviation for the axial blower is up to 20% of the specified values, meaning the current draw can vary by up to 20% above or below the specified values without compromising the motor's integrity. This tolerance in power consumption and current deviation enhances the motor's versatility across different applications. 

Despite its power consumption, the blower delivers an impressive airflow rate of 1000 m³/h, effectively cooling the motor and preventing damage. This high airflow rate ensures optimal performance even in demanding industrial applications. Furthermore, the motor's connectors are conveniently located on the A-side (front side), facilitating easy cable and connector management, which simplifies maintenance and repair tasks.
