Product Description
The MAD100B-0150-SA-M2-AH0-05-N4 manufactured by Rexroth, is an asynchronous servo motor from the IndraDyn A Series. The IndraDyn Series is further classified into MAD and MAF motors. Permanent magnets and current-carrying semiconductors in motors generate electromagnetic and magnetic fields. The phase current of this asynchronous motor at the specified speed and load at the rated torque (934 Nm) is 5.3 A. The multiturn encoder acts as a rotational position sensor to measure the turn count (angles and number of revolutions).
The absolute encoder is connected with the bidirectional (EnDat 2.1) interface to transmit the encoder's positional values. The smooth and simple shaft is protected by IP54 requirements, with no sealing. The IP54 can be used in environments with minimal hazards and offers only a limited level of protection against dust and water particles. Installation is made easier by flange mounting in high-pressure scenarios. Axial blowers have blower screens with an IP 24 level of protection. The blower screen could be penetrated by chips or bigger dirt particles. If the components of the axial blowers are removed for maintenance and cleaning, the screws and bolts must be tightened properly to fix the wheel evenly.
An uneven wheel might cause disc or rotor damage. The paint used to coat the housing has limited resistance against hydraulic oil or organic solvents. The stator of an asynchronous motor is equipped with temperature sensors that show a resistance of 577 ohms at 25°C. The R-type bearings can withstand axial forces of up to 800 N. The motor should only be employed in its intended way. When they are utilized improperly, circumstances may arise that result in harm to workers or damage to the workplace.
