Product Description
The MAD100B-0050-SA-M2-KP1-05-R1 is a high-performance asynchronous motor from Bosch Rexroth's esteemed IndraDyn family, renowned for its exceptional power and reliability. As part of the highly regarded MAD series, this motor is precision-engineered to excel in a diverse range of industrial applications, from main spindle roles to intricate servo tasks. Its versatility makes it an ideal choice for CNC machines, packaging machinery, and other high-demand environments. It offers impressive torque at low speeds providing high starting torque and stable performance at variable speeds.
This motor is highly controlled, providing feedback on its current state and rotational velocity. This is possible due to the mounted encoder and tachometer. In this model the encoder which is connected is represented as M2 which is Multi-turn absolute encoder with EnDat2.1 interface. The encoder features a data memory which contains all relevant motor parameters required for commissioning the motor. The absolute accuracy of the rotary encoder is ~ 0.0056 degrees (~ 20" ) and relative accuracy often known as repeat accuracy is ~ 0.005'.
The output shaft of the motor comes with a shaft seal which is quite necessary if the motor is subjected in an adverse environment where dust or moisture is too much. Moreover it is also used when the shaft is attached with gears where lubrication oil is present. The design of the seal ring adheres to DIN3760 standard. The seal contains rings that therefore causes wear and frictional heat which can be reduced if the seal remains clean. The material of the seal is quite resistant toward acids, chemicals and soluble oils. The total service life of the seal is not calculable since it depends upon the environment and speed of the shaft which may not be the same in each case.
