The MAC160D-0-ED-4-C/250-R-0/WI522LV is a servo motor manufactured for industrial drive control applications. This model is designed to function as a rapid response system and operates in conjunction with modern drive systems designed by the company. The servo motor has been made compatible with the TDM, KDS, and DSC drive controllers. With this combination, it becomes possible to automate transfer facilities, woodworking equipment, machine tools, packaging equipment, robotics, handling equipment, packaging machines, and other similar equipment. The motor can be mounted in any required position. Belts, pulleys, and pinions are provided for installing the motor in any position that is suitable for the application. An additional encoder is also provided in this motor to assist in positioning tasks. This motor is protected in accordance with the IP 65 protocols and can be used in areas where there is exposure to water jets, oils, soluble emulsions, coolants, dust, and debris. The motor has been designed with excellent smooth running qualities because of an improved design of the stator and a high resolution feedback system. The output data of the motor is also high and it provides high dynamic performance due to a high torque to inertia mass ratio.
