The MAC132M-1-GD-1-B/230-R-0/DI00625/S001 is a surface cooling type low inertia AC servo motor that is designed for robotics, handling equipment, and transfer facilities such as conveyor belts. This servo motor has a permanent magnet design which uses the magnets to create magnetic fields instead of winding coils in the rotor. The brushless design makes this motor more efficient electrically as there are no electrical losses associated with a field winding on the rotor. Due to the absence of carbon brushes in the motor, the MAC132M-1-GD-1-B/230-R-0/DI00625/S001 has a quieter design with a noise level of just under 70 dB.
