An axial blower consists of an impeller, housing, motor, inlet ball, outlet duct and a mounting frame. The axial blower as compared to other cooling systems has a compact design that helps in applications where small size with efficient working is required. In applications where high loads are present, these blowers offer high efficiency. The high efficiency is due to the high rate of flow of air through the blower. The MAC132A-1-JD-1-B/230-R-0/DI01250 also has an incremental encoder mounted with shock damping. This system is involved in the measurement of the rotational speed of the induction motor as well as the direction i.e. whether the motor works as uni-directional or bi-directional. The shock damping helps in the fixed connection of the encoder and reduces the vibrations thus contributing to the overall noise reduction thus enhancing the efficiency as well as providing enhanced performance. It also increases operational life and improves the overall function of the motor.
