Product Description
The MAC115D-2-CS-4-C/130-A-0/WI520LX/S01 variant of the AC servo motor by Bosch Rexroth falls in the MAC family introduced to perform in potentially explosive environments. The motor exhibits excellent smooth running capabilities to solve power and precision challenges in various industrial applications.
The MAC115D AC servo motor relies on stable current from an AC power source. The motor is intended to be used in conjunction with drive controllers from TDM, DSC and KDS. This is a permanent magnet-excited model with electronic commutation. The MAC115 AC servo motor comes in a robust design and allows standstill position when required. During standstill, the AC servo motor generates a continuous torque of 57 Nm by consuming 90 A of current. It offers 0.9 mH of winding inductance and operates with 90 minutes of thermal time constant. The servo motor is enclosed in an IP65 rated enclosure protecting it from environmental challenges i.e. dust, dirt, coolants, soluble oil emulsions, etc. It may be installed in the desired orientation using the standard flange with four through holes. The permissible installation elevation is 1000 meters above sea level. During seamless operation, the motor offers 0.9 mH of winding inductance. When storing the MAC servo motor, make sure the ambient temperature is controlled between -20 and +80 degree Celsius.
The MAC115D-2-CS-4-C/130-A-0/WI520LX/S01 servo motor by Bosch is designed to have a prime black coat (RAL 9005) aiding in extended service life. The device comes under one-year replacement warranty by the suppliers, which voids if the device is used against the warranty policy. Only a certified professional may be awarded the job of commissioning. The motor is delivered after 100% inspection by the manufacturer and well packed to prevent damage during shipment. A nameplate is attached to the motor housing for easy identification.
