Product Description
MAC112D-2-ED-1-B/130-A-1/I00625 is a servo motor. It is designed for high-load applications and supports surface cooling. Surface cooling relies on cooling fans or blowers to increase airflow along the motor housing. This cooling method provides higher heat dissipation and enables the motor to deliver higher output current and torque. The axial cooling fan on the motor requires 115 Volts AC external power. Speed rating of the AC motor is 3000 RPM. Its continuous torque and current at standstill are 57 Nm and 102 Amps respectively. Tacho feedback provides speed and position evaluation. MAC motors work in combination with controllers from the KDS, DSC and TDM product lines. These motor are well-suited to applications involving machine tools, printing presses, robotics, and transfer facilities. MAC motors use permanent magnets and support electronic commutation. Permanent magnets on MAC motors enable construction of low inertia motor.
Centering diameter of the MAC112D-2-ED-1-B/130-A-1/I00625 motor is 130 millimeters. Its main power connection is on side A of the housing. A separate feedback connection is available on the housing. Connectors for the power and feedback connectors are not part of the shipment containing the motor. These connectors must be ordered separately. The MAC112D-2-ED-1-B/130-A-1/I00625 motor has a plain shaft for non-positive shaft-hub connections. MAC motors can be ordered with shafts that have keyways for form-fitting shaft-hub connections. Rated output depends on ambient temperature and site elevation. Limits specified by Bosch for temperature include 0 and 45 degrees Celsius. The limit for site elevation is 1000 meters. MAC motor operation outside these limits leads to derated output. Proper spacing between feedback and power cable is essential for proper operation. Only qualified and trained personnel should work on the MAC motors.
