The MAC112D-1-HD-3-C/130-A-1/S005 is a model of the servo motors of the MAC series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a low-inertia motor with electronic commutation, providing improved reliability and greater speed control. Its rotor has permanent magnets built from special materials, resulting in a favorable torque-inertia ratio for high-dynamics operations. Electronic commutation also gives the motor a high cyclic load capacity, meaning that it can withstand repeated stress cycles without failure. Such a feature is crucial for applications like continuous start-stop operations with high repetition rates. Pinions and belt pulleys can be directly mounted onto the motor’s shaft as its bearing assembly design supports the application of high radial loads.

When used directly within the working area of the machine, poor environmental conditions due to the effects of soluble oil emulsions and coolants pose minimal risk to the operation of this MAC motor model.
