MAC112D-1-FD-2-C/130-A-2/S013 is a Bosch Rexroth AC servo motor. MAC series motors support several standard features including tacho feedback, IP65 rated housing, IP65 rated cable connections, black prime housing coat, temperature monitoring of motor windings, electronic commutation and high-quality permanent magnets. Optional features for MAC motors include surface cooling, shaft with keyway, and blocking brakes. The MAC112D-1-FD-2-C/130-A-2/S013 motor is equipped with a heavy-duty blocking brake rated for 60 Nm holding torque. The brake is designed to release the motor shaft after receiving a 24 Volts DC electrical release signal. This brake is a safety device designed to prevent accidental or unintentional motor shaft rotation. The motor is equipped with an axial cooling fan for surface cooling. This fan requires 230 Volts AC power. With surface cooling, the standstill torque and current are 57 Nm and 83 Amps respectively.

The rated nominal speed of the motor is 2000 RPM. Moment of inertia of the main motor rotor is 0.023 kg m2. Thermal time constant of the surface cooled motor is 90 minutes and its torque constant is 0.760 Nm/A at 20 degrees Celsius. MAC motors are ideal for industrial applications such as robotics, machine tools, packaging machines and printing presses. MAC motor are maintenance free due to a brushless design and use of life-time lubricated bearings. The IP65 rated MAC motors housings are completely dustproof. In addition, these housings are safe from low-pressure water jets. A flange on the motor housing has four mounting holes for machine attachment. Power for the motor arrives via a power cable that connects to a power connection on side B of the servo motor housing. A separate connection is provided for the feedback cable.
