MAC112D-0-HD-4-C/130-B-0/WI522LX is a high-performance servo motor. It is designed by Bosch Rexroth for applications that include robotics, printing presses, packaging machines, and textiles. The motor belongs to the MAC series, which supports electronic commutation and are made with permanent magnets. MAC motors support tacho feedback technology designed especially for this product line. Tacho feedback provides position and speed feedback. An additional incremental encoder is installed on the MAC112D-0-HD-4-C/130-B-0/WI522LX motor for position feedback. The packing depends on the number and/or size of the motors. When single motors are packed on a palette, they are secured against sliding and movement by squared timbers, and are then locked into place with tight metal bands. When multiple motors are delivered together, maximum three motors can be inside a palette. Styrofoam and/or cartons are used to prevent motors in a palette from colliding with each other and causing damage.
