Product Description
MAC112D-0-HD-2-C/130-A-0 is a servo motor. Its manufacturer is Bosch Rexroth. The MAC motor series is designed for applications that include textiles, packaging, printing presses, robotics and machine tools. The MAC112 series AC servo motors have special windings that provide a smooth run. These motors are particularly suited applications involving grinding machines and precision lathes. The output shaft on MAC motors are available in two different designs: plain shafts suited to non-positive shaft-hub connections and shafts with keyways suited to form-fitting shaft-hub connections. The MAC112D-0-HD-2-C/130-A-0 motor has a plain shaft with 32 millimeter diameter. The brushless design and bearings that don?t require lubrication enable maintenance-free operation. As the motor housing and motor power and tacho feedback cables comply with IP65 requirements, MAC motors can be used within the working area of machines even under adverse environmental conditions.
The favorable torque-inertia ratio enables high dynamic performance. Heat dissipation from the stator windings enables high overload capacity. The compact construction enables a high power to weight ratio. The stator design and tacho feedback enable smooth motor running. MAC motor mounting is simple as pinions and belt pulleys can be mounted to the motor shaft allowing high radial loads. The MAC112D-0-HD-2-C/130-A-0 motor has 130 millimeter centering diameter. It supports tacho feedback through an integrated tacho generator. The motor is without a blocking brake. It is designed for natural convection cooling. The recommended operating temperature is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. The specified site elevation range is 0 to 1000 meters. Unused MAC motors should be kept in storage where the ambient temperature is between -20 and 80 degrees Celsius. Only trained and qualified professionals should be allowed to handle and operate MAC motors.
