MAC112D-0-FD-4-C/130-B-1/WI524LVS005 is a MAC series servo motor. It is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The motor has a shaft with keyway. This type of shaft complies with DIN 6885-1 requirements. If required, operators can order MAC motors with plain shafts. MAC motors can be ordered with different centering diameters. The MAC112D-0-FD-4-C/130-B-1/WI524LVS005 motor has 130 millimeters centering diameter. Four options are available for the power connection location. The main power connection on the MAC112D-0-FD-4-C/130-B-1/WI524LVS005 motor is on side B of the motor housing. Tacho feedback is a standard feature on MAC motors. It provides speed and position feedback. MAC motor can be ordered with an additional encoder for position feedback. An additional encoder is installed on the MAC112D-0-FD-4-C/130-B-1/WI524LVS005 motor. MAC motors support multiple cooling methods to satisfy different load requirements.
The MAC112D-0-FD-4-C/130-B-1/WI524LVS005 motor supports convection cooling. The operating temperature range for MAC motors is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. The optimal elevation for motor operation is 0 to 1000 meters. Nominal speed of the servo motor is 2000 RPM. With convection cooling, it delivers 38 Nm continuous torque at standstill is 56 Amps continuous current at standstill. Typical MAC motor applications include robotics, machine tools, textile machines, printing presses and packaging machines. With a brushless design, MAC motors are superior in terms of reliability to brushed motors. In addition, since they use life-time lubricated bearings, MAC motors do not require maintenance. This helps to reduce operating expense for MAC motors, and leads to higher productivity and profitability. MAC motors have separate connections for the power and feedback cables. Connectors for these cables are not supplied by Bosch and must be ordered as separate items.
