Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s MAC servo motors are components of rapid-response drives, formed when they are combined with the TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers. These drives are well-suited for use in printing presses, handling equipment, transfer facilities, textile machines, and machine tools.
The MAC112D-0-FD-4-C/130-A-1/WI534LX is a high-performance MAC servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is an electronically commutated servo motor designed to reach a nominal speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute. Its rotor’s permanent magnets are obtained from rare-earth materials to ensure low inertia. As a result, the motor has a favorable torque-inertia ratio for dynamic operations. The moment of inertia of the rotor is 230 x 10-4 kgm2. Like other MAC motors, this model’s bearing assembly permits the application of high radial loads. This allows pinions and belt pulleys to be directly attached to its shaft. It also uses lifetime-lubricated bearings to ensure maintenance-free operations and minimal energy losses.
Thanks to its brushless design, the MAC112D-0-FD-4-C/130-A-1/WI534LX can deliver a high torque output. It also has a compact build that gives it a high power-to-weight ratio. Its feedback type is tacho feedback with a mounted incremental encoder and the standard tacho type. The encoder detects and evaluates both rotor position and velocity and is resistant to harsh environmental conditions. Ready-made cables are used with this MAC servo motor to simplify its installation. Its temperature is monitored by thermo switches built into its windings and stator housing. This prevents irreversible damage due to thermal overload. It is cooled by natural convection and has a high overload capacity. The use of electronic commutation also gives the servo motor a high cyclic load capacity.
