MAC112D-0-FD-1-B/130-B-2/I1000/S018 is a servo motor. It is designed by Bosch Rexroth for industrial applications that include transfer facilities, printing presses, robotics, machine tools and packaging machines. MAC motors use permanent magnets which enable low rotor inertia. MAC motor use electronic commutation to electronically switch current flow through the motor windings. Electronic commutation enables higher efficiency, reduced maintenance, and longer motor lifespan. MAC motors use life-time lubricated bearings for maintenance-free operation. The IP65 rated MAC motor housing provides robust protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. This protection rating makes MAC motors ideal for harsh environments where they are exposed to dust, dirt, and moisture. In addition, the connections for the power and feedback cables are also IP65 rated. Integrated temperature monitoring on the windings helps to prevent overload damage.
The MAC112D-0-FD-1-B/130-B-2/I1000/S018 is a motor with a range of standard and optional features that enable high performance. It is equipped with a tacho generator for precise speed and position feedback. The main motor shaft includes a keyway for DIN 6885-1 compliance. Size of the flange on the motor housing is 193 millimeters. The flange allows secure motor attachment. MAC motors can be installed in any position. The main power connection is on side B of the housing. A heavy duty blocking brake on the motor improves safety by preventing unintentional motor shaft rotation. Heat dissipation from the working motor occurs via convection cooling. The permissible ambient temperature range is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and the permissible site elevation is 0 to 1000 meters.
