MAC112D-0-ED-C/130-A-1/WI565/S05 is a servo motor. It is made by Bosch Rexroth. The motor has a robust IP65 rated housing which provides full dust ingress protection and robust moisture protection. The feedback and power cable connections on the motor also comply with IP65 requirements. The motor has a brushless design and uses life-time lubricated bearings. These MAC motors features make them maintenance-free. MAC motors support standard and optional features. Standard MAC motor features include flange for mounting, temperature monitoring of motor windings, separate power and feedback connections, and tacho feedback for speed and position feedback. Optional features include surface cooing with axial or radial fans, an incremental encoder, blocking brake, and shaft with keyway. The shaft on the MAC112D-0-ED-C/130-A-1/WI565/S05 motor includes a keyway and a standard blocking brake is installed on the motor.

The servo motor supports convection cooling. With this cooling method, the standstill torque is 35 Nm and the standstill current is 63 Amps. MAC motor applications include textile machines, printing presses, robotics and machine tools. The housing includes a flange and MAC motors can be mounted in any orientation. Bosch supplies a range of ready-made cables to eliminate additional installation work. The power and feedback cables connect to flanged sockets on the motor housing. The MAC AC motor housing is painted with a black prime coat. An additional paint layer can be applied on top of this prime coat. The thickness of the paint layer must not exceed 40 millimeters. The prime coat is resistant to weathering, yellowing and chalky build-ups as well as and diluted acids and lyes. The prime coat can peel due to frequent cleaning with a steam cleaner.
