MAC112D-0-ED-3-C/130-R-0/S005 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It belongs to the MAC product line. MAC motors support tacho feedback developed especially for these motors. MAC motors support electronic commutation, use life-time lubricated bearings, and provide maintenance-free operation. Integrated temperature monitoring of the stator housing and motor windings prevents overload damage. MAC motors provide high overload capacity because the heat is dissipated from the stator windings to the outside wall of the motor housing. These motor have excellent smooth-running qualities due to the special design of the stator and high-resolution tacho feedback. MAC motors utilize tacho feedback for position and speed evaluation. If required, an additional mounted encoder can be included for position evaluation. The MAC112D-0-ED-3-C/130-R-0/S005 motor has a shaft with keyway. The shaft complies with DIN 6885-1.

Shafts with keyways are suited to form-fitting shaft hub connections. If required, operators can order MAC motors with plain shafts. The motor is designed for convection cooling. If required, operators can order MAC motors designed for surface cooling that are equipped with an axial or radial cooling fan. The MAC112D-0-ED-3-C/130-R-0/S005 motor does not feature a blocking brake. If required, operators can order MAC motors with standard or heavy-duty blocking brakes. Operators can select the location of the power connection. On this motor, the power connection is towards the right. Speed rating of the motor is 3000 RPM. Its continuous current and torque ratings are 63 Amps and 35 Nm respectively. The motor has a flange with mounting holes for secure mounting. Size of the flange is 193 millimeters and diameter of each mounting hole is 14 millimeters. Connectors for the power and feedback cables must be ordered separately.
