The MAC112D AC servo motor is made to be durable and perfectly sealed against environmental challenges like tiny solid particles and liquids i.e. coolant, water, etc. The motor is permanently magnet-excited and can be installed in applications such as machine tools, printing presses, robotics and handling equipment. The motor has 130mm diameter and electrical connectors directed to the A-side of housing. The unit can run at a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute for long hours uninterruptedly. At a standstill position, this model promises to produce 24 Nm torque with input of 57 A current. The MAC motor housing is coated with a prime black paint having RAL 9005 that prevents weathering effects. The motor exhibits excellent safety in an automated system with its blocking brakes. It has 48 kg of total mass that includes blocking brakes also. The motor power cable and tacho-feedback cable is IP65 rated allowing use at a maximum elevation of 1000 meters above sea level.

The MAC112C AC servo motor must be safely stored in a container with temperature range of -20 to +80 degree Celsius. This variant promises 312 A of maximum peak pulse current when driven by controller series TDM, KDS or DSC. The motor is tested to operate with 1 mH of winding inductance. To keep an eye on winding temperature, it incorporates thermistors.
