The MAC112D-0-ED-1-X/130-A-0 is an AC servo motor manufactured by the Rexroth Bosch Group. The MAC AC servo motors are quick-response servo drives designed for high-precision control applications such as CNC and machine tools. The permanent magnet of the motor is made up of the material that is used to reduce the inertia. The motor is not equipped with tacho feedback. There is a separate variant with tacho feedback for speed evaluation and rotor position detection. The motor housing is properly shielded by IP 65 protection. So, it can withstand harsh environmental conditions. The insulation Class F make it ideal for use in high-temperature application. Additionally, the brushless motor design and self-lubricated bearings can make the MAC motor highly reliable.

The motor has a natural convection cooling system. Based on the motor length and winding type, the nominal rpm of the motor is 3000 rev/min with the tacho voltage equals 3V/ 1000 min-1. The power connection of the motor has the standard direction towards side A and can be rotated by turning around in any direction. The MAC 112 servo motors come with a standard centering diameter of 120mm. The shaft sealing ensures that no liquid penetrates inside the motor housing. Motor feedback connections have the 12-pin flanged socked while the power connectors are available in both crimping and soldering option o. There is a maximum permissible expansion of 0.04mm at plate A due to thermal expansion.

The motor doesn't contain any blocking brake. However, there is standard and heavy-duty blocking brake system available that can be ordered separately with the capacity of 45Nm and 60Nm respectively. The motor has the standard plain output shaft.
