Product Description
The MAC112D-0-ED-1-B/130-A-0/J1250/S05 industrial servo motor is a state-of-the-art motor produced by the reputable Rexroth Indramat according to American and International quality standards. This servo motor is designed by well trained engineers under ideal industrial conditions, it features a compact design and can maintain optimum operation environments considered too harsh for conventional industrial applications. The servo motor is a permanent magnet excited device with electronic commutation, the magnets present in the motor are made from special materials that makes it possible for the motor to maintain a low inertia during operation. The electronic commutation also allows the motor to maintains a continuous start-stop operation at a high repeat frequency. Thermo switches are integrated into the motor windings and stator housing, this protects the motor from overload damage.
The MAC112D-0-ED-1-B/130-A-0/J1250/S05 industrial servo motor dissipates heat from the stator windings to the outside wall of the motor housing, this is responsible for its high overload capacity. Also, during operation this servo motor maintains a nominal speed of about 3000 revolutions per minute. When the motor is at a standstill, it can operate with a continuous input current of about 63 amperes, the motor also generates a continuous output torque of about 35 newton meters. At a motor surface temperature of 20 degree Celsius, this industrial servo motor maintains a torque constant of about 0.620 newton meters per ampere, the winding resistance of the motor at this surface temperature is about 0.070 ohms.
The MAC112D-0-ED-1-B/130-A-0/J1250/S05 industrial servo motor is intended to be used with either the TMD, KDS, or DSC drive controller. The permissible ambient temperature for the operation of this servo motor falls between 0 to about 45 amperes, the motor can however be stored at an ambient temperature as high as 85 amperes.
