Product Description

The Rexroth Bosch's MAC112C-1-KD-2-C/180-B-0/S012 motor is an efficient and universal motor which works with the analogue drive system. Like other MAC series motors, this motor has a long service life while providing reliable performance in many industries. The "112" stands for its size and the "C" stands for its specific motor length. Operating at a nominal speed of 1500 rpm, such a motor offers a high stability of operation and enhanced control in critical applications. The power connector is attached firmly at side B of the motor, hence providing ease of installation with little or no strain for the users.

The second feature of the system is the tachofeedback for the reliable feedback system of the MAC112C motor. This system allows the motor to provide continuous high-precision feedback relating to the speed and position. Tacho feedback system enables the motor to work with high precision and safety which is important in the industrial and commercial fields. This operational characteristic makes it suitable for applications where speed control is desirable and essential even at varying loads.

Axial fans are easy to maintain because they are not as complex as the bladed ones, especially if the motor needs to work in an environment with little dust or no debris. This cooling method enables the MAC motor to produce low thermal expansion to sustain a nominal operating temperature even when used continuously. In surface cooling, heat from the motor surface is removed by conduction and the motor works at the right temperature without any issue. This axial cooling system is especially advantageous in ambient environments where constant motion may cause thermal stress to the motor.
