MAC112C-1-HD-2-C/130-A-0/S005 is a servo motor. It is a product of Bosch Rexroth. The motor supports tacho feedback. Real time feedback enables accurate control of motor speed and position. MAC motors work with compatible controllers to provide high precision and accuracy for applications such as robotics, machine tools, textiles, printing presses and transfer facilities. Standard features available on MAC motors include tacho feedback, electronic commutation, integrated temperature monitoring, IP65 rated housing and cable connections, and permanent magnets. Optional features include shaft with keyway, surface cooling, and holding brakes. The MAC112C-1-HD-2-C/130-A-0/S005 motor has a shaft with keyway. The motor is without a holding brake. An axial cooling fan installed on the motors enables higher output torque and current due to surface cooling. External power requirement of the fan is 230 Volts AC.

If required, operators can order MAC motors with radial cooling fans. Power options for cooling fans include 115 and 230 Volts AC. Nominal speed rating of the motor is 2000 RPM. The continuous torque standstill is 44 Nm and the continuous current at standstill is 67 Amps. These specified values are only available if the ambient temperature is between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius and if the site elevation is between 0 and 1000 meters. Design of motor installation is significant for interference-free transmission of encoder signals. Bosch recommends routing of cables with shielding and with an appropriate separation from the load voltage lines as well as the mains control lines. If encoder cables are routed parallel to motor cables, then a minimum separation of 100 millimeters must be maintained or a metallic partition should be used for the service cable. The encoder cables must not be pulled out or inserted in the connector while voltage is applied.
