Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch's MAC112C-0-KD-4-C/130-B-0/WI637LX/S021 is a robust asynchronous motor for analog drive with a motor size of 112 and length "C." Unlike synchronous motors, their rotor does not turn at the same speed as the stator's magnetic field. This slip helps in torque generation as the rotor is in contact with the magnetic field. These motors are used widely due to their simple structure and durability.
It works at a rated speed of 1500 rpm and is suitable for use in areas where consistent performance is needed. This motor has a centering diameter of 130 mm compatible with designs B05 and B14. It does not have a blocking brake which is suitable for operation that does not require a fixed position when AC input is off. This motor comes with motor feedback, with both tachofeedback and, an incremental or absolute encoder referred to as "4". This feedback system gives accurate information on the speed and position of the motor to allow efficient motor control and positioning. This feedback system is desirable if there are industrial operations that require high accuracy and quick feedback to make the motor perform as desired.
For cooling, the motor only uses natural convection cooling which is indicated by "0". Natural convention means there is no need for additional cooling systems, as the heat generated by motors is carried away through the air, so it is a reliable and simple system. Based on this feature, it is useful for applications where the large size or power consumption is an issue, as no additional fans or coolers are required. Consequently, the motor can run under different circumstances with low maintenance.
