MAC112C-0-KD-4-C/130-A-0/W1522/S021 is a servo motor. It is designed and produced by Bosch Rexroth. MAC motor applications include textile machines, printing presses, packaging machines and robotics. Speed of the motor is 1500 RPM. Its rated output torque at standstill is 28 Nm with convection cooling. The rated output current at standstill is 31 Amps with convection cooling. Convection cooling relies on movement of ambient air over the motor for heat dissipation. MAC motors are available with surface cooling option for applications with higher load requirements. Thermal time constant of the motor is 100 minutes. In addition to tacho feedback, the motor is equipped with an additional incremental encoder. Tacho feedback provides speed and position feedback. The encoder provides position feedback. All cables connected to MAC motors comply with IP65 requirements. Connectors for the power and feedback cables must be ordered separately.

Four options are provided for the power connection location. The power connection on the MAC112C-0-KD-4-C/130-A-0/W1522/S021 motor is on side A of the housing. MAC motors support optional holding brakes. However, the MAC112C-0-KD-4-C/130-A-0/W1522/S021 motor is not equipped with a brake. Centering diameter of the motor is 130 millimeters. Its length is 460 millimeters and its approximate weight is 48 kilograms. The motor has an IP65 rated housing designed for use in environments with adverse operating conditions. A black prime coat applied to the housing provides additional corrosion protection. A rating plate is attached to the motor. This plate lists information including serial number, the type code, and technical specifications. Operators must verify information on the rating plate at the time of delivery. MAC motor handling and operation must only be performed by properly trained personnel.
