The MAC112C-0-KD-3-F/130-A-0 is a compact synchronous motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to maintain a high level of operational efficiency in environments that exposes it to dust, water splashes and other climatic factors. This motor is suited for both industrial and commercial operation, it has a tacho feedback and a second shaft end integrated into its housing. The tacho feedback monitors the speed, rotor position, and torque output of the motor during operation. Under ideal operating conditions, the nominal speed of this industrial servo motor is 1500 revolutions per minute. An electronic connector is present in the motor housing, this connector is built to meet the IP65 protection class, it provides a seamless opening through which both the tacho and power cable can enter the motor housing unit. Bosch Rexroth already provide ready-made cables that can be ordered separately for this synchronous servo motor.

The MAC112C-0-KD-3-F/130-A-0 industrial servo motor is recommended to be operated in combination with either the TDM, KDS, and DSC Rexroth drive controller series, however the type of controller used with the motor ultimately depends on the user. This motor is a permanent magnet excited device, the magnets present in the motor are made from special rare materials, and they help to ensure that the motor maintains a very low inertia during operation.

The motor does not feature any holding brake or mounted encoder, it is however still perfect for use in several applications such as printing presses, textile machines, robotics, and transfer facilities. The MAC112C-0-KD-3-F/130-A-0 motor protects itself from over-temperature damage by efficiently dissipating excess heat via natural convection. It also has special thermo switches that keep track of the temperature inside the motor housing.
