Product Description
The MAC112C-0-KD-1-B/130-A-1/S005 is an AC operated servo motor that requires input voltage between 168 to 279 volts AC to operate with an input phase configuration of 3 phase along with the input voltage frequency between 50 to 60 Hz. The motor is capable of spinning at the rate of 1500 rotations per minute and produces a rotating torque of 27 Nm when locked in a specific position. To lock the motor shaft in a particular position, the MAC112C-0-KD-1-B/130-A-1/S005 comes with a 45 Nm blocking brake that uses 14-volt DC to function.
This motor comes with a tacho feedback generator which helps generate feedback signals to regulate the speed of the motor, keeping it within the speed limit required for the application by the operator. The tacho feedback generator generates a feedback signal of 3 volts whenever the motor gains a speed of 1000 rotations per minute. To prevent the motor from vibrating too much during high-speed operations, the MAC112C-0-KD-1-B/130-A-1/S005 comes with a flange-type mounting option that keeps the shaft perfectly aligned and prevents causing an unbalanced load on the shaft.
Speaking of the shaft, the MAC112C-0-KD-1-B/130-A-1/S005 comes with a S005 special option configuration which allows this motor shaft to have the shaft keyway according to the DIN 6885 standards. This type of shaft allows the motor to be used in applications where torque transmission is the main objective, such as in the case of gearboxes of large industrial machines. The manufacturer recommends servicing the motor after every 20,000 cycles of use to prolong the life of the motor.
