Product Description

MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-B-0 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is designed for use in industrial automation systems. The motor works in combination with a servo controller. MAC motors are equipped with a tacho generator and support tacho feedback for speed and position evaluation. An additional incremental encoder can be installed for position feedback. The optional encoder is available on the MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-B-0 motor. MAC motors have IP65 rated housings that can be installed in a wide range of operating conditions. Separate connections for power and feedback cables are available. Connectors for the cables are not supplied with the motor and must be ordered separately. MAC motors are made with permanent magnets and support electronic commutation. The MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-B-0 motor is equipped with a plain shaft that has 32 millimeters diameter. Length of the servo motor is 460 millimeters.

Size of the motor flange is 193 millimeters. The approximate motor weight is 48 kilograms. MAC motors support convection cooling and surface cooling. The choice of cooling method depends on application load requirements. Bosch has designed the MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-B-0 motor for natural convection. Its rated output torque and current at standstill are 27 Nm and 41 Amps respectively. Centering diameter of the motor is 130 millimeters. Optional holding brakes are available: however the motor is not equipped with a brake. Rated output is depending on ambient operating conditions. The recommended temperature limits for rated output are 0 and 45 degrees Celsius. The recommended site elevation limits for rated output are 0 and 1000 meters. Derated operation outside these limits is possible but is not recommended. The motor must be handled by trained professionals. Failure to follow manufacturer safety instructions can lead to injury and equipment damage.
