The MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/WJ520LX/S018 is an AC servo motor designed to have electronic commutation and a compact housing to meet space requirements of many modern industrial applications. Bosch Rexroth solves this problem with its motion control devices including drive controllers, linear motors, AC servo motors, and power supplies.
The MAC112C AC servo motor model is a permanent magnet-excited type and is specially designed to have brushless design. A lifetime lubricated bearing is provided to ensure smooth rotation of the output shaft at a nominal speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute. The output shaft is designed to allow direct connection to the driven accessories. It comes with flange type mounting that permits installation in the desired orientation. The electrical connectors are available at the A-side of housing. All the sides are labeled to avoid confusion during installation. The motor is rated to produce 27 Nm of continuous torque with a consumption of 41 A current to hold the output shaft at standstill position. The applications that require maximum torque over a wide speed range are best suited for this model. When continuously operating, the motor winding exhibits inductance of 2.5 mH and resistance of 0.150 Ohm. At 20 degree Celsius, it is designed to provide a torque constant of 0.730 Nm/A. When installed at a maximum allowed elevation of 1000 meters above sea surface, the motor must be operated under controlled ambient temperature for efficient cooling. The recommended temperature ranges above 0 and below +45 degree Celsius.

This model incorporates heavy duty blocking brakes that produce a torque of 60 Nm when the motor is at rest. The winding inductance during operation can be measured as 2.5 mH while the winding resistance is 0.150 Ohm. This AC servo motor is capable of producing 27 Nm of standstill torque consuming 41 A of current when connected to an AC power source.
