Product Description
The MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/WA612XX/S013 is a MAC series servo motor that can deliver speeds of up to 2000 rpm, making it demanding automation equipment for high-speed applications. This motor has a medium-level torque rating of up to 27 Nm when operating in nominal conditions and in a stand-still position, as well as drawing a current of approximately 41 Amperes. Since this motor is designed to provide high speeds such as 2000 rpm, it features low rotor inertia, which in this case is 170 x 10^-4 kgm², allowing this motor to accelerate and decelerate very quickly.
To help keep the speed of the motor under control at a specific speed setpoint, the MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/WA612XX/S013 offers the feature of a tacho feedback system. This system helps track the motor speed with the help of the tacho voltage that it generates, which is 3 volts for every 1000 rpm of speed. This feedback signal helps control the speed of the motor through a looped control system, ensuring that the speed remains within the limit. To track the shaft motion and positions, the MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/WA612XX/S013 also comes with a 5-volt incremental encoder that relies on square wave pulses for counting the number of steps. For locking the shaft in a fixed position, the motor has a built-in blocking brake with a holding torque of 60 Nm that requires around 24 volts DC to operate.
Designed to keep the enclosure compact, the MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/WA612XX/S013 has a centering diameter of 130 mm. This diameter helps keep the shaft center aligned and facilitates mounting onto a shaft of the same size, reducing tension and load on the shaft of the motor.
