Product Description
The MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/DI518LV/S is a servo motor capable of generating speeds of up to 2000 rpm in standard operating mode. Designed to be used in conjunction with TDM, KDS, and DSC motor controllers, this servo motor can be controlled using PWM signals or vector control methods. The motor is also compatible with the frequency-controlling option, since it's a 3-pole design that can be energized with 3-phase input voltage rated from 168 to 480 volts AC. Since this motor can provide an output torque of 27 Nm, the MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/DI518LV/S can draw 41 Amperes of current from the power supply to produce the requested output torque.
This motor configuration comes with the DI518LV digital incremental encoder, which is mounted using a shock-damped mount to prevent the encoder from registering any vibrations, helping reduce errors in the encoder count. When adjusting the speed automatically, the MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/DI518LV/S relies on a tacho feedback voltage system, which generates a small feedback voltage of 3 volts every time the motor crosses 1000 rpm of speed. The number of signals then helps calculate the current speed of the motor by multiplying by a factor of 1000, allowing the motor controller to adjust the speed according to the speed setpoint.
The International class protection rating of IP 65 not only keeps the motor dust-free but also keeps the motor free from moisture, especially when installed in an open area where the motor might get wet. In the case of fire or any other thermal-related accidents, the MAC112C-0-HD-4-C/130-A-2/DI518LV/S comes with Class F thermal insulation. This motor only supports flange-type mounting options.
