Product Description
The MAC112C-0-HD-2-C-180-A-2-S019 is an AC servomotor with low inertia due to excitation by permanent magnets and is made by the manufacturer Rexroth Indramat. The motor comes with support for electronic commutation. The motor renders high dynamic performance because of an ideal torque-inertia ratio. This MAC series unit has 2000 RPM normal rated speed when used for standard applications. The output shaft and the heavy load applied to it must not be subject to impact, to prevent damage to the bearings of the motor. We can deliver the servo unit to any address in the world through our several delivery agents located worldwide.
The blower must be connected to the servomotor according to the guidelines specified by the manufacturer. The heavy and big-size motor must be moved from one place to another only by using suitable lifting devices. The unit has a 180mm centering diameter for designs B14 and B05. The high-resolution tacho-feedback and the special design used for the stator contribute to the smooth running of the device. The servo device must be installed within a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level. The housing and cover of the motor adhere to DIN 40 050 guidelines. This protects the unit against contact with live or moving motor parts.
The motor must be shock-damped mounted for use in extremely demanding processes such as press feeds and pressing. The black primer contact of the device housing offers resistance to chalky build-ups, yellowing and weathering. The unit works best with a plain output shaft that helps to transmit torque that is free of backlash and is also non-positive. The device supports a permissible axial force that is 0.35 times the allowed radial force. The motor comes in 460mm length. It has 40/42VA power consumption with radial and axial cooling. The servo device features a 115/230VAC nominal voltage rating. It comes with a one-year warranty period.
