Tacho feedback detects the motor's speed and provides feedback to the controller. The MAC112C motor has a heavy-duty-blocking brake with a torque of 60 Nm. It is an effective brake which helps to prevent movement of the motor shaft when the motor is disconnected from the power supply source. It is useful in applications where the motor must stop after rotation at the specific position where the motor is at risk of external forces after the power supply has been switched off.
