Product Description
In applications where high efficiency and reliability are desired, MAC AC Servo Motors from Rexroth Bosch are employed. These MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-2/WA610XX/S018 motors generate a constant standstill torque of 27.0 Nm, which is suitable in many operational and functional applications. The motors also possess a winding resistance of 0.030 ohms and a winding inductance of 0.5 mH to enable their operation based on different operating conditions. In addition, the maximum peak pulse current of the motor increases to 400 A for high current peaks for accelerations in some instances. The thermal time constant of 100 min is also suitable for heat control and the motor life span is also longer.
The MAC series motors are provided with standard windings to be used where the operating speed is approximately 3000 RPM. They can be used for industrial and commercial purposes since the high performances are associated with high efficiencies. The windings of this motor make them capable of handling varied amounts of load without losing energy. There are standard motor lengths (ED) that are flexible enough to be integrated into other systems for automation and control purposes.
Furthermore, the MAC AC servo motors are provided with a connector at side A to enable power connection during the installation of the motor. A blocking brake selected to engage the high loads is applied in addition to the other features of the motor as a safety measure to halt the motor when necessary. These motors incorporate tacho feedback options that can work with both the incremental as well as the absolute encoders, making the motors more accurate. With technical flexibility, high power, and rigid structure design, MAC AC servo motors are widely suitable for complicated automation systems.
