Product Description
The MAC AC Servo Motors, manufactured by Rexroth Bosch, are developed to perform operations with high accuracy and reliability. These MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-2/WA610XX/S013 motors operate at a nominal speed and produce a continuous current of 87.5 amperes at a standstill. These asynchronous motors have a torque constant of 0.330 Nm/A at 20 degrees C. Their windings resistance is 0.030 Ohms, which helps to improve their efficiency, but their windings inductance of 0.5 mH is suitable for steady-state operation at different speeds. The use of a thermal time constant of 100 minutes helps in heat management by improving the lifespan and precision of the motor.
A major benefit of the MAC AC Servo Motors is the cooling system that is used in the motors. They incorporate natural convection cooling. This cooling system also effectively reduces the need for additional heat sinks and it can dissipate heat easily. These motors rely on convection air cooling, thus making it possible to attain low operating temperatures. This feature is particularly useful in applications that are likely to experience some constraints in terms of space, as this feature does not make it very difficult to integrate it into any system.
This motor has a power connection, which is placed on the side A of the product. The mounting system also makes it easy to install and integrate with other subparts of the motor. In addition, the motor has a powerful blocking brake which further enhances its usage safety and simultaneously enhances the motor's durability. This motor also offers options such as tacho feedback, the opportunity to use an incremental/absolute encoder, and other features appropriate to demanding industrial requirements.
