Product Description
The MAC AC servo motors, MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-1/WI538LV/S014, which are developed by the Rexroth Bosch company, are intended for use in high-performance industrial applications. The nominal motor speed of these motors is 5000 RPM and these motors offer good efficiency and reliable operation. The continuous current at a standstill is 87.5 A, making it strong enough to handle high loads. At 20 degrees C the windings resistance is 0.030 Ohms and it increases the efficiency of the motor. At the same time, the inductance of the windings is equal to 0.5 mH, and due to it, stable operation is ensured during changes in the speed and load. The thermal time constant of this motor is 100 minutes. It shows the motor's ability to release heat, which makes it long-lasting.
The MAC motors also have several advantages. They are small in size and have a good power-to-weight ratio. Because of their natural convection cooling, they do not require other cooling systems to cool the system. The motor length (ED) makes it possible to accommodate variations in system configurations. All these motors also comprise tacho feedback systems with incremental or absolute encoders for feedback, achieving high accuracy and positioning.
The tacho feedback system for these motors is denoted by C. Design B05 and design B14 require centering diameter of 130 mm so that they can fit into different mounting styles. This feature helps to provide greater stability, as well as the overall effectiveness of the motor and, therefore, it can be used in industrial and commercial fields. The MAC AC Servo Motors are technologically enhanced and easy to handle, thus making them ideal for use in automation.
