Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch's MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-1/WI534LX is a MAC112 series asynchronous motor for analogue drives. The nominal speed is 3000 rpm, which is specified to run the motor smoothly and perfectly. The centering diameter of the motor is 130 mm for designs B05 and B14. This is for safety purposes and to ensure correct positioning every time it is fixed with a system. If the motor is perfectly centered, it minimizes vibrations and when in operation enables the motor to function optimally. This results in less wear and tear and thus long life of the motor.
The other feature of this motor is the connection of the power input on side A. This ensures the power cables and connectors are always on one side. This makes installation and maintenance of the motor easier. It is easy to gain access to the connection point quickly, both in setting up and in maintenance with a power connection on side A. The blocking brake installed in the motor also provides an advanced level of safety. It holds the motor in a safe position when one needs to stop it from moving.
The power connection on side A has certain advantages. First, it assists to reduce the time by half, which makes the installation process much easier. Second, it assists in the management of the cables in a more efficient way by ensuring that they are properly arranged and easily accessible. This position of the power connection in the motor makes it easier to repair or adjust without the concern of displacing other components. The MAC112C motor has a centering diameter that perfectly aligns it with the motor base combined with a side A power connection for convenience in different industrial operations.
