Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-1/WI520LV/S005 is a robust and versatile AC servomotor in the MAC series. It is a permanent magnet-excited motor equipped with electronic commutation. The motor’s permanent magnets are composed of materials that result in very low inertia. The device can be used even in adverse environmental conditions as its housing is enclosed in accordance with protection category IP 65. The unit’s output data is high. The motor has a favorable torque-inertia ratio that significantly enhances its performance. The MAC motor is suitable for use in robotics, printing presses, machine tools, textile machines, transfer facilities, packaging machinery, and handling equipment. The user is allowed to mount the device in any orientation. Its flange comes with through holes, which means the motor can be mounted as per design IM B5. With windings in the flange, the motor can be mounted as per design IM B14. The product comes with a range of readymade cables, so additional installation work is not required. The device has connectors to directly connect the power cables, tacho feedback cables, and encoder cables to it. The MAC motor comes with a blocking brake. It must be noted that the brake in the motor is not a working brake. After 20,000 motor revolutions against the closed brake, it can wear down. If the device is stored for a period of over two years, it is vital to grind it in and then use it. The output shaft of the unit is equipped with a shaft sealing. Natural convection is the cooling mode of the motor. The environment in which the product is stored should be dry, shock-free, and dust-free.
