Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-0/WI520LX/S005 is a reliable AC servomotor in the MAC series. The device has permanent magnets that help with electronic commutation. The motor features a brushless design. It has lifetime lubricated bearings. These features make the device maintenance-free. The housing of the motor is enclosed in accordance with the IP 65 protection category. Overload damage is prevented by the thermos switches which are integrated into the windings of the motor and its stator housing. The thermos switches monitor the temperature of the unit. The MAC servomotor is compact, which makes a high power-to-weight ratio possible. The high resolution of the tacho feedback and the special design of the rotor contribute to the excellent smooth running capabilities of the device. The motor can be mounted to the machine in a simple process. The product can be mounted in any position. The through holes in the flange of the motor facilitate mounting as per design IM B5. Additional installation work is not required because there is a wide range of readymade cables available. The unit does not have a holding brake. The minimum ambient temperature at which the MAC motor can be operated is 0°C and the maximum temperature is 45°C. The black prime coat painted on the housing of the motor is resistant to yellowing, weathering, and chalky buildups and lyes and diluted acids. However, if the motor housing is often cleaned with a steam cleaner, the coat can peel. The device should be stored in an environment that is dry, shock-free, and dust-free. The motor must not be picked up at the blower because this will possibly damage and tear the blower.
