MAC112C-0-ED-2-C/130-A-1/S05 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is designed for industrial applications. The motor is part of the MAC series which is ideal for use in applications such as machine tools, printing presses, packaging machinery and robotics. Salient features of MAC motors include brushless design for high reliability, permanent magnets for low rotor inertia, robust IP65 rated housing, flange for mounting, and optional holding brake. The MAC112C-0-ED-2-C/130-A-1/S05 motor has a shaft with keyway. Diameter of the shaft is 32 millimeters. Centering diameter of the motor is 130 millimeters. Length of the servo motor is 460 millimeters. The motor has a 193 millimeter flange with four mounting holes. Each hole has 14 millimeters diameter. MAC motors support multiple cooling methods including convection cooling and surface cooling. The MAC112C-0-ED-2-C/130-A-1/S05 motor is designed for convection cooling.

The servo motor supports tacho feedback and is equipped with a standard tacho generator. In combination with a compatible servo controller, the motor forms part of a closed loop control system that ensures accurate speed and position control. The power gets electrical power from the controller. The main power connection is on side A of the housing. If required, operators can specify different locations for the power connection. Nominal speed of the servo motor is 3000 RPM. Its continuous output torque at standstill is 24 Nm and the continuous current output at standstill is 57 Amps. A standard blocking brake is installed on the motor. Its holding torque is 45 Nm. The brake releases the shaft after receiving a 24 Volts DC electrical release signal. For optimal motor operation, only trained personnel should be allowed to install and handle the unit.
