Product Description

MAC112B-1-PD-4-C/130-B-1/WI522LX is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. Servo motors are designed for precise control of shaft position and speed. Servo motors are typically used in applications requiring high accuracy and performance. Servo motors are equipped with a sensor for measuring shaft speed and position and form of a closed-loop system for continuous monitoring and control of motor speed and position. MAC motors are equipped with tacho feedback especially developed for the series. The tacho generator is integrated into the motor. The brushless design of MAC motors, in combination with use of life-time lubricated bearings and an IP65 rated housing, enables maintenance-free operation. A temperature sensor integrated into the motor windings prevents overload damage. MAC motors have a high power to weight ratio, high dynamic performance, peak torque that can be used over a wide speed range, and high cyclic load capacities.

The MAC112B-1-PD-4-C/130-B-1/WI522LX motor is equipped with an axial cooling fan and supports surface cooling. The fan requires 230 Volts AC external power supply. The motor has a smooth shaft, 130 millimeters centering diameter, power connection on side B of the housing and an optional blocking brake. The brake prevents accidental or unintentional shaft rotation. The motor control circuits transmit an electrical release signal to the brake. The brake releases the motor shaft after receiving the 24 Volts DC signal. Holding torque of the brake is 45 Nm. Release delay of the brake, the time it takes for the brake to disengage after receiving an electrical release signal, is 70 milliseconds. Clamping delay of the brake, the time it takes for the brake to engage and apply holding force after receiving an electrical activation signal, is 30 milliseconds.
