Product Description
The MAC112B-1-LD-4-C-130-B-0/WA605XX/S022 AC servo motor operates on 240 to 480 volts AC. This AC servo motor can be connected with a star or delta configuration of the input 3 phase voltage, depending on the start-up current or speed requirements; users can configure this motor in both ways. To help with the line EMC noises, the MAC112B-1-LD-4-C-130-B-0/WA605XX/S022 comes with a port for attaching an EMC filter capacitor.
This motor has a rated nominal speed of 2009 rotations per minute which can be further increased to 7500 rotations per minute when using the high speed bearings. The motor can generate a standstill torque of 17.5 Nm with a current draw of 26.3 Amperes. The standstill mode is perfect for robotics applications that require a steady rotation for its joints to lock in place. The motor does feature both a tacho feedback speed regulation system as well as an incremental encoder to help with accurate shaft positioning, enhancing the control system of this motor.
This encoder comes with an onboard memory that can store the last known position of the shaft in the case of power loss. The encoder has the WA605 configurations which allow this motor to generate 5 volts square pulses to help count the number of steps achieved by the motor. Each rotation results in 2048 pulses which helps break down 360 degrees into smaller chunks, increasing the precision of the motor. The MAC112B-1-LD-4-C-130-B-0/WA605XX/S022 is IP 67 rated and comes with class F insulation to protect itself against forces of up to 170 degrees Celsius. The motor also has an axial blower fan for cooling, which is IP 44 rated.
