This AC servo motor has a speed rating of 2000 rpm while providing a torque of 17.5 Nm under rated conditions. The motor draws anywhere between 168 Volts AC to 480 Volts AC to operate and uses 3 phase input voltage configuration along with an input voltage frequency of 50 to 60 Hz.
This motor comes with a standard blocking brake with a holding torque of 45 Nm and requires 14 volts DC to operate, consuming a current of around 0.75 Amperes, making it power efficient. The holding brake is necessary when it comes to accurate positioning of the shaft or to set the motor into a locked rotor position. It best works in conjunction with an encoder when using this motor for high precision applications such as robotics. The blocking brake also helps prevent the shaft from slipping when a heavy load is applied to the shaft of the motor.
