Product Description

The MAC112B-1-GD-4-C/130-A-2/WA606XX/S013 AC servo motor belongs to the MAC series developed by Bosch Rexroth. When combined with KDS and DSC drive controllers, this motor finds application in several sectors including printing presses, packaging, robotics, machine tools, handling systems, textile, and transfer systems where efficiency and performance are critical.

The MAC motor has been built with solidity and new age technologies to deliver exceptional durability and efficiency. Its brushless design, coupled with permanently lubricated bearings does not require servicing, and its sturdy construction makes it suitable for use in harsh conditions including those with coolant and oil emulsion. This motor has been designed to produce consistent output and maintain a level of robustness that ensures it can be used in applications that require nothing but the best. The motor casing and its covers are built to the DIN 40 050 standards, meaning it is resistant to coolants, soluble oil emulsion and other environmental factors. It is protected from moving or live parts by contact guards and temperature is monitored by integrated thermoswitches to prevent overheating and to increase the life of the motor. The above characteristics make the MAC motor suitable for use in applications that require high reliability, high performance and durability.

The motor is suitable for use at temperatures of 0 to 45 degree Celsius and should be installed in an area with an elevation not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level. The performance may be affected in case of operating outside these conditions because of load factors. The motor runs at 3000 rpm and offers a continuous torque of 16 Nm at standstill, and a standard braking torque of 60 Nm. The motor's shaft has a keyway according to the DIN 6885 standard, so the motor is easy and safe to mount, and the natural convection cooling system provides reliable work. This type of motor is fitted with an absolute encoder for motor feedback which make it suitable for applications that have high precision requirements.
