The Bosch Rexroth Indramat MAC112B-0-GD-4-C/130-A-0/WA606XX AC Servo Motor is a high-precision permanent magnet servo motor type used in high demanding industrial applications like Computer Numerical Control machines, robotics, automotive industries, etc. These Series motors can be combined with DCS and KDS drive controllers for suitability and optimal functioning in a variety of industries.
This model provides 3000 RPM nominal speed with 16 Nm standstill torque and continuous current of 41 A. The moment of inertia of the rotor is rated at 0.012 kgm^2, which is relatively low because of which the turntable is highly sensitive in terms of inertia. This motor has a torque constant of 0.43 Nm/A at 20 degrees C, the resistances of the windings are 0.09 Ohms and an inductance of 1.2 mH. The motor is capable of operating up to 223 A of the peak pulse current, which makes the device suitable to work with high loads. Having a thermal time constant of 100 minutes it is designed for continuous use in a number of precise applications and with a weight of 25 kg.
Also, the motor has highly efficient winding technology for effective thermal management and thus enhanced efficiency and durability of the motor. The motor uses natural convection cooling for cooling purposes and no extra cooling system is needed for this motor.
