From their MAC series, MAC112B-0-GD-3HC/130-A-0/S094 is the one that is capable enough to be installed in heavy-duty machinery, as well as its rotor, can rotate at a speed of 3000 min-1. This motor should be installed at a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level, the ambient temperature range should be 0 degrees C to 40 degrees C, and the transportation temperature should be between -20 degrees C to 80 degrees C. As it has an IP 65 protection category, this motor guarantees resistance against low-pressure water jet sprays and small dust particles, and the F-class insulations ensure that the motor's insulations remain unaffected at higher temperatures of 155 degrees C. Its housing is also coated with a black prime coat to make it rust-resistant and with the installation of standard tacho feedback and a second shaft end, the speed and positioning of the shaft are controlled precisely by the control system.
Furthermore, the motor features a size of 112 and a length of B along with GD windings. This motor is also equipped with a natural convection cooling system which uses a passive cooling method where heat generated by the motor is dissipated into the surrounding air without the use of fans or forced air circulation. As the motor heats up during operation, the hot air surrounding it rises due to its lower density, allowing cooler air to take its place. Apart from that it has a power connector present on the A-side of the housing that offers multiple installation options.
